No. Your Microsoft 365 licences are purchased directly from Microsoft using your own business billing details. We'll help you choose an appropriate licence and configure it as part of your setup, but your Microsoft subscription remains directly under your control.
The £99 one-off fee includes Microsoft 365 tenant setup, connection of your business domain, required email DNS configuration, creation of up to five users and mailboxes, licence assignment, MFA/2FA configuration, basic account security, email testing and administrator handover. Additional users can be added for £10 each. Microsoft licences are purchased separately. Existing mailbox and historical email migration is not included.
No. Ongoing Business Email Support is completely optional. Once your Microsoft 365 setup is complete, you can manage it yourself or choose our ongoing support if you'd prefer us to handle routine email administration for you.
Yes. Ongoing Business Email Support has a minimum charge equivalent to three users. Monthly support is £6.99 per user/month, with a minimum of £20.97/month. Annual support is £75.49 per user/year, with a minimum of £226.47/year, providing a 10% saving compared with 12 monthly payments.
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual support at your next billing date. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and receive a 10% discount compared with 12 monthly payments. Annual plans can switch back to monthly when the annual term ends.
You don't need an ongoing support plan. One-off Microsoft 365 email administration is available from £50 per hour, subject to availability and the nature of the request. We'll review your request first and confirm whether it's something we can assist with before any work is agreed.
No. Existing mailbox and historical email migration is not currently offered.
