Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. Monthly plans require 30 days' notice to cancel. Save 10% by paying annually. Annual plans are non-refundable once your maintenance service has commenced. Included support hours roll over throughout the calendar year (January–December) and reset on 1st January if unused. Support hours are specific to the subscribed website, cannot be transferred between websites, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
