No. The Standard Audit is an assessment and reporting service only. If issues are found, we can provide a separate fixed quote for Security Remediation with your approval before any additional work begins.
In most cases, the initial clean-up and standard recovery work included within the £249 service resolves the compromise. If the website has suffered a severe or unusually extensive compromise requiring significant additional work, we'll explain what's needed and provide a separate quote before continuing.
A Standard Security Audit is typically completed within 2–3 working days. A Compromised Website Audit & Recovery may take longer depending on the severity of the compromise, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Yes, we'll need WordPress admin access and hosting/server access to carry out a thorough audit. All credentials are handled securely and we'll guide you through the process.
