Web Design Questions
It takes approximately 7-10 days on average for us to build a website from start to finish, as long as we have all the information from you. Usually the website will only take longer to complete if we are still waiting for text, images and content from yourself.
Unlimited! You can have a website with as many pages as you want included under the simple pricing we offer. Whether you want a one-page site or 20 pages the choice is yours.
Yes. We give you the access and have a range of training material to help you update your own website. This allows you to make changes quicker without having to pay us extra.
Our websites are cheaper because we believe everybody should have the chance to get online without breaking the bank. We work remotely to save money and work in a small team which saves on staff costs.
The website once you have paid for it will be yours to do as you wish. For it to stay live you will need website hosting which we offer or you can go elsewhere.
We offer one-off and monthly payment plans. You pay 50% upfront before we start and 50% when completed for one-off plans. You can also spread it over 12 months and pay monthly.
We aim to deliver responsive websites across all devices. Whether its an online booking system, browsing etc. We ensure your website is responsive so everyone gets the best experience on any device.
Hosting & Domain Questions

A domain name is a unique collection of characters related to your website, something easily remembered like your business name. It's what visitors type in to get to your website.
Support Package Questions

No, you do not need a website support package. However, if you already have a couple of services from us, you may be able to get additional services for cheaper in comparison to buying them individually.
We offer 3 different website support packages at the moment, each with varying levels of service. If you don't want everything in one package you can customise your own website support package.
Support allows you to get additional work completed after the website design has been finished. Whether adding content to pages or creating entirely new pages, website support allows you to get this work done.
